Refund Policy

At cyber-net.co, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how refunds and returns work.

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Email support@cyber-net.co with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.
  • Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days after return approval for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

  • Need a replacement? If the product is defective or damaged, contact us and we’ll exchange it at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

5. Exceptions

  • Returns are not accepted for items showing signs of use, abuse, modification, or damage not due to manufacturing defects.
  • Customized or special-order drones are not eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Downloadable software, digital products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll fix it, fast.

7. Shipping Your Return

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
